Established in 2011, US Shutters and Blinds has striven to provide our customers with the best service, quality, and prices possible. Our Community

Family owned and operated for over 10 years. We are community-focused and working with high school and vocational schools, supporting woodshop programs through donations of scrap lumber. Through this program, US Shutters and Blinds offers facility tours and partners with local school districts and vocational schools to develop and train the next potential employee at US Shutters and Blinds!

Shutters are the most durable window covering being 100% solid wood. Their thickness and quality wood allows for them to be a great insulator to aid the cooling or warming of your home as well as reduce outside noises. Another great aspect about shutters is their low maintenance, the flat surfaces and minimal nooks and crannies makes it easy to clean and hypoallergenic. Also, they look great! The simplistic and elegant design of shutters can help make your house feel and look more like a home.

Companies who use lower quality woods, such as composite (which is a compressed wood), create shutters that are susceptible to warping. At US Shutters and Blinds, our wood shutters are top of the line and are painted and primed to withstand any moisture.

US Shutters and Blinds, Inc. Limited Lifetime Warranty: US Shutters and Blinds, Inc. warrants that its custom blinds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long at the original purchaser owns the product. All products professionally installed by US Shutters and Blinds offers 90 day FREE in home service beginning at the time of installation. After 90 days there will be a service charge for non-warranted issues. If self installed, there will be a service charge for in-home adjustments and/or repairs, even on warranty issues. No charge for warranty service on products brought to US Shutters and Blinds. All products manufactured by US Shutters and Blinds have a lifetime warranty on all components except the sting.

All sting will have a 3-year warranty from the time of purchase. After the 3 years, restrings will be subject to charges. US Shutters and Blinds will repair or replace defective components with similar or like parts at no charge. Proof of purchase is required for warranty to work.

Vertical Louvers – For a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. US Shutters and Blinds will repair or replace any US Shutters and Blinds’ vertical blind louvers which is defective in material or workmanship. All fabrics will gradually loose color after long exposure to sunlight, and will not be covered in the warranty.

Wood Blinds – Natural variations in color and grain, as well as some warpage, are normal with a wood product and are not considered defects. In addition, fading and or discoloration of the finish may occur over time. This is common with man-made coatings and is not considered a defect. These warranties do not include any conditions, cover any losses or damages resulting from (1) accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices, exposure to salty air or corrosive materials (2) the color change that occurs with the passage of time. This warranty also does not cover any condition or damage resulting from the removal of the blind and re-installation in the same or another window. Their warranties do not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the above products.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall US Shutters and Blinds, Inc, be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL or CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damages, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty give you the specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. TO RECEIVE WARRANTY SERVICE, please contact our service department at (909) 673-1700 and advise them of the mature of the issue. Customer service will provide you with information as to how to proceed. ADJUSTING TENSION SYSTEM The wood shutters that you have purchased include a built-in tension system to allow for adjustments.

If you find that your louvers are too loose or are not functioning to your standards, simply follow these instructions. Open the panels fully; on each side of the panel you will find a tension adjustment screw hole. With a small screwdriver, gently turn the screw 1-2 turns (left to loosen, right to tighten) to your desired resistance level. Repeat this for each necessary panel.

WOOD SHUTTERS Occasional light vacuuming with a brush attachment should keep shutters clean. For minor soiled areas, clean with warm water using a clean cotton cloth. Dry with a second dry clean cotton cloth. For more severe soiling, use a mild detergent diluted to a 5% solution with room temperature water. Clean with a cotton cloth. Wipe area with water to remove residue and dry as instructed prior.
